We feel better about getting something like this warranty from our annual membership since we now have to pay for installation which was always free in the past.

I love Best Buy’s protection plan. It is one of if not the best protection plan offered by any store. I have used mine on different occasions and never had a problem. Appointment times are speedy and items are replaced quickly if they can’t be repaired! A MUST HAVE!!!

4 stars only because I haven't needed to apply the warranty to any Best Buy products. I have the Total plan at $179.00 a year and feel it's a fair deal with the perks and the 2-year warranty on all eligible products. I have a number of products so it may come into play.

To have someone come to your home and fix an item sure is handy. They have be able to keep our computers up and running for our work at home business. It works on everything we brought so we are happy with it.

If you like technology and you frequently purchase electronics, this is a great membership to have, just to know everything you buy will be covered and you don't have to worry about purchasing the extra protection plan is a beauty.

Love the cool air that this AC puts out. Love even more that it is easy to use and install or when you buy the added protection or Geek Squad service you can have them install it.

Everything i own comes with a warranty , after my computer screen went on the fritz i was in and out in 20 min without a appointment with my replacement. dont be a fool and get the warranty
