I love Best Buy’s protection plan. It is one of if not the best protection plan offered by any store. I have used mine on different occasions and never had a problem. Appointment times are speedy and items are replaced quickly if they can’t be repaired! A MUST HAVE!!!

I bought it because my cousin recommended it he told me they do help you when something is wrong with your device.

Did a good job in setting up my new Sony tv and explaining the features. Also, hauling off my old tv. Have not had any technical problems since but it is good to know they are there if needed.

To have someone come to your home and fix an item sure is handy. They have be able to keep our computers up and running for our work at home business. It works on everything we brought so we are happy with it.
