Got this protection to cover an opened box TV I had purchased. Havent had to use it for anything yet but glad its there with everything I purchase.

Nice to have this protection for all of the devices purchased with BestBUY. When things don’t turned out the way they should be? You have a backup to get it fixed. A must have!!

This may be a good product, but the sales person knowledge of the item was not good. They sold this to me like a plan and did not tell me that it was a yearly membership fee that cover the product to 24 months of purchase if you keep the membership renewed. I haven’t had to use it, so I am not sure if I would recommend or not. I am choosing yes because I was told it was total coverage (accidents, manufacturer, and etc). I’m hoping at least that part was correct.

Bold colors updated systems fast processor quick connection very good quality TV, I use to buy Sony Brava Im hooked Samsung got them beat.

There are few times I have needed to have coverage as BB sells quality products. But when I do, they make my issue work out better than expected. Best of all, they don’t charge extra for it anymore!
