I had a bad incident with one of my equipments but because I had this, everything got fix without additional payments and easily quick turnaround.

To have someone come to your home and fix an item sure is handy. They have be able to keep our computers up and running for our work at home business. It works on everything we brought so we are happy with it.

We feel better about getting something like this warranty from our annual membership since we now have to pay for installation which was always free in the past.

the protection i get from Best Buy is far better than other protection programs I have looked into, the product selection is enormous, and the individuals i have worked with in the past have been very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thank you

4 stars only because I haven't needed to apply the warranty to any Best Buy products. I have the Total plan at $179.00 a year and feel it's a fair deal with the perks and the 2-year warranty on all eligible products. I have a number of products so it may come into play.

Never any worries when you have coverage that’s the best part of a coverage plan to me I don’t have to think about it. It just does its job.

Everything i own comes with a warranty , after my computer screen went on the fritz i was in and out in 20 min without a appointment with my replacement. dont be a fool and get the warranty

i have had it for some years now. iy has always served me well. i will keep it going even though the new program has changed a bit. it is still very worth it.
