Never any worries when you have coverage that’s the best part of a coverage plan to me I don’t have to think about it. It just does its job.

Have not needed to use but you never know. I would rather have protection and not have to use than to need and did not buy it when I purchased the item.

There are few times I have needed to have coverage as BB sells quality products. But when I do, they make my issue work out better than expected. Best of all, they don’t charge extra for it anymore!

4 stars only because I haven't needed to apply the warranty to any Best Buy products. I have the Total plan at $179.00 a year and feel it's a fair deal with the perks and the 2-year warranty on all eligible products. I have a number of products so it may come into play.

Two years of free protection a real good deal with Total Tech membership. If you are frequent buyer at Best Buy, you should certainly consider becoming a Total Tech member!

i have had it for some years now. iy has always served me well. i will keep it going even though the new program has changed a bit. it is still very worth it.

Over the years the warranty program has helped me several times with replacements

Great sound bar! I love the wifi option which allows me to bring the subwoofer and speakers behind my couch without all the wires.. They still are wired to the wifi box, but are hidden behind the couch.. and i love the bluetooth option to listen to my phone music.

Nice to have this protection for all of the devices purchased with BestBUY. When things don’t turned out the way they should be? You have a backup to get it fixed. A must have!!

Good idea with this plan, it would be good if it was a little longer.

If you like peace of mind, this is for you. Only thong I didnt like was the deductible when using this protection warranty. A $100.00 deductible to replace the screen on my Samsung phone I felt was overpriced considering it would onky cost a little more to repla e without the warranty.
