What can I say other than BestBuy proudly stands behind the products they sell and cover. This protection plan is always worth the little extra to cover your little accidents and failures down the road.

They're a lot more pleasant with your experience if you allow the additional charge.

So far tech support, which is part of my Best Buy protection plan has been very good. I had free installation of my mount and flat screen TV, through this plan.

It was worth it to buy this protection solely for the purpose of acquiring the delivery and set up. I don’t have anybody else to help me and it came in so handy. Highly recommend it.

While Best Buy offers this coverage on most items they sell, I don't usually buy it for smaller items. However for the bigger more expensive items, do not miss this! Worth every penny, especially if you get the Tech Insider add-on.

The service is great. I have had the Geek Squad to install and set up my TV and a return to work on the tv I moved. They were polite and called the night before and the day of service. Both techs I give a ten in a scale of 1 to 10
