The service is great. I have had the Geek Squad to install and set up my TV and a return to work on the tv I moved. They were polite and called the night before and the day of service. Both techs I give a ten in a scale of 1 to 10

Glad I bought this with a young kid in the house. Its about the same as just the plan on the tv, and covers everything else I buy

Great to have a protection plan but I will be honest having geek squad set it up is not worth the money to me esp if you know what you are doing. They really didn’t do anything but turn off the energy saver so I had to look everything up and tweak it myself.

We love the protection plan we have with Best Buy on my computers on my TV's. I take it there, they fix it, or i can call them they are great.

I usually never purchase protection plans but, Best Buy offered additional perks when I purchased this plan.

It was worth it to buy this protection solely for the purpose of acquiring the delivery and set up. I don’t have anybody else to help me and it came in so handy. Highly recommend it.
