I am not rating this good or bad, because I have not needed to use it. But I will say what I found out. Along with this I purchased a 5yr warranty with my tv. A Best Buy employee said with this there would be a service charge for each call. On the protection plan I purchased, there is no service call. So people don't just take their word for it, read what it really covers and what it does not. Everything I read it had additional fees. So far so good, I hope i never have to actually use any if them but it is nice to understand what kind of protection, just in case. Today I got an email, they cancelled this protection by my request. I never requested anything. I called, was told can't have both protections. Salesperson never said that, they said I could. So no matter what, do your homework, read the fine print. I am keeping my 5yr coverage. I would like to say thank you Best Buy, I do appreciate your assistance. This one just got a little mixed up.

Only there needs to be a change in description: it should be paid every two years, not every year, since the protection is for 24 months that is two years.

Got the Best Buy Protection on two different products. Looking forward to two years of risk-free protection, but will be curious to see what the options look like following expiration of the two year warranties.

Exceptional display! The clarity of the LG oled tv is by far better than a led 4k tv. The sound is good enough to hear in a large room. Add a sound bar and it is a theater worthy display.

Membership is the best thing you can buy. Free installation, 2 year warranty on everything. No brainer. Wish i purchased earlier.

Would not consider an electronic item purchase without the Best Buy Protection Plan! Piece of mind is hard to find these days but this plan givers it 100%
