So far tech support, which is part of my Best Buy protection plan has been very good. I had free installation of my mount and flat screen TV, through this plan.

Glad I bought this with a young kid in the house. Its about the same as just the plan on the tv, and covers everything else I buy

always good to have protection for your valuable best buy purchases. you never know when it will come in handy and it's easy to get service if you need it.

Beautiful TV, the image quality is amazing. I recommend.

I am not rating this good or bad, because I have not needed to use it. But I will say what I found out. Along with this I purchased a 5yr warranty with my tv. A Best Buy employee said with this there would be a service charge for each call. On the protection plan I purchased, there is no service call. So people don't just take their word for it, read what it really covers and what it does not. Everything I read it had additional fees. So far so good, I hope i never have to actually use any if them but it is nice to understand what kind of protection, just in case. Today I got an email, they cancelled this protection by my request. I never requested anything. I called, was told can't have both protections. Salesperson never said that, they said I could. So no matter what, do your homework, read the fine print. I am keeping my 5yr coverage. I would like to say thank you Best Buy, I do appreciate your assistance. This one just got a little mixed up.

Exceptional display! The clarity of the LG oled tv is by far better than a led 4k tv. The sound is good enough to hear in a large room. Add a sound bar and it is a theater worthy display.

Great to have a protection plan but I will be honest having geek squad set it up is not worth the money to me esp if you know what you are doing. They really didn’t do anything but turn off the energy saver so I had to look everything up and tweak it myself.

This is a great protection plan that has more than paid for itself this past year as it can not only be used for computers, TV's, but also for applainces and many other items Best Buy sells.

Awesome picture and quality for the price point. If you are looking for a better quality TV, I would suggest looking at higher end ones.

Very good complete plan for my new TV purchase! .!

This may be a good product, but the sales person knowledge of the item was not good. They sold this to me like a plan and did not tell me that it was a yearly membership fee that cover the product to 24 months of purchase if you keep the membership renewed. I haven’t had to use it, so I am not sure if I would recommend or not. I am choosing yes because I was told it was total coverage (accidents, manufacturer, and etc). I’m hoping at least that part was correct.

Only there needs to be a change in description: it should be paid every two years, not every year, since the protection is for 24 months that is two years.

I highly recommend the Best Buy Protection Plan for any Large Screen T.V. you purchase. It definitely gives me a piece off mind knowing should anything happen to my T.V., Best Buy is there for me.
