    Has improved vastly vs ~2-years ago. I think they stopped using overseas call centers which made big difference.

    This makes perfect sense. Free installation of our tv. Plus 2 year protection on it. Free Haul away of our old Heavy set. I believe it will also cover other things I buy from best buy as well. This is good value.

    Total tech coverage is great. The cost of a total membership covers install and you also get discounts on future purchases. Highly recommend.

    I use Geek Squad technicians a lot. Only one time I had a bad experience. That time the guy didn't speak English very well, which is a little frustrating when you have a tech problem. He ended up doing something that actually added to the problem. I had to call back & have somebody else fix the original & new problem.
