A must have it has saved me plenty of money love it

Well, hopefully i wont have to use it. The price was reasonable and normally do not purchase this when i buy product.

I use Geek Squad technicians a lot. Only one time I had a bad experience. That time the guy didn't speak English very well, which is a little frustrating when you have a tech problem. He ended up doing something that actually added to the problem. I had to call back & have somebody else fix the original & new problem.

This was a good year for the Total Tech plan. New Sony 65" TV, entertainment center, new tablet, and at Christmas purchase a new TV for my mother. This plan saves you money and extends the warranty
