Love the Best Buy Total Protection Plan! Cover so many products we purchase and at great prices thru Beat Buy!

I stood in line for iver thirty minutes- geek squad- only to be told that even though signage inline and in store indicates triuble with a product should be addressed via geek squad- to get a replacement i just needed to go to customer service. I think the messaging could be better in store and online.

I would like to say I am very happy to have bought the MYBBY membership, It protects every product that I buy with best buy that comes with a protection plan. I hope it can protect items from the marketplace

I've been using this "TV" as a PC monitor with the help of the LGTV Companion software for Windows, and I feel like it's better than actual OLED monitors. Image quality in motion and latency are amazing, SDR and HDR brightness has been good to great, and the glossy anti-reflection treatment is second to none to mitigate reflections but keep the picture crystal clear with perfect blacklevels. If I ever move on from this as a PC monitor I'd likely just get a newer LG C model, either 42" or 48".

Great Protection plan. Gives you peace of mind about your purchase, if something goes wrong or if it doesn't work like you thought, exchange or switch to a different product is available.
