    Had already paid for itself. Had a problem with getting a steaming station to come in and the tech was able to diagnose the problem and fix it

    So far 2 installations needed. First installation went great. Second installation took 2 contractors to get the job done. Plus scheduling was messed up due to Best buy.

    Has improved vastly vs ~2-years ago. I think they stopped using overseas call centers which made big difference.
