    Man where do I start. Had multiple issues with the TV and the installation crew. To start my appointment window was 130-530pm. They didn't arrive until after 7pm. Then the man guy with geek squad said I would have issues with the HDMI ports that everything connects to on our wall. At no time did he say let's replace them. They hang the TV and kick rocks . Same night have issues with all the devices because he didn't take the time to change settings with anything to support the 4k tv. Tv began to flicker while using DirecTV stream, fire cube , and PS5. Sent the installer an email and didn't get a response. The. I made contact with best buy and have had to wait nearly two weeks to have someone come out. Received a rude email from geek squad and almost lost it. So I call back it and said they couldn't do anything until they come out. Awaiting crew to come back out
