I bought a Roku Hisense tv and the screen went out right after the warranty.

Tried to use it once and it was no help at the time. Still giving it a shot cause it was a minor issue that I ended up fixing myself

I'll try to be as articulate as possible. I just got off the phone after 1 week of going back and forth with them. The tv suddenly had a line like a thunderstorm in between with no external damage. After the many explanations with picture proof, best buy still directed me to Samsung which directly back to best buy. An agent finally agreed to have a new tv sent out. He added additional mounting services as a complimentary gesture which I accepted (so originally it was a drop off) which if I accepted I wouldn't have been scammed. I had to request to work-from-home so I could have this mounted. Only for them to say there is a crack on the tv. The thing is there are no physical cracks on the tv, but obviously when you turn it on it shows a tiny line, with sound, which appears to be an internal thing. The lady who sold the best buy protection plan in-store mentioned it covered any damages and or issues (in this case no damages). I honestly feel uneasy and don't want to use any word(s) that can make me feel lower than I feel right now, but Best Buy is the worst, considering that my personal company buys all appliances from them, and the one time I had an issue with an appliance I get hit with this. DONT USE THEM.

This was a terrible shopping experience, one I hope to never repeat by shopping elsewhere. I chose delivery and morning, the day before the event it was changed to afternoon/evening. No one ever called, th3 time was just changed via one time email. Speaking of emails, Best Buy uses the terms delivery and installation interchangeably. Sign up for delivery and you’ll get an email stating the product will be installed, it won’t, that’s a lie and they’re aware; but I digress. The delivery had a four hour window, 2pm through to 6pm and stated someone must be home . At 5:40 there was no delivery and no contact from best buy. I reached out, and was informed there would be a 10% reimbursement if they arrived outside the window; they came at 6:20. I accepted my delivery and called back to get the reimbursement and was informed that there would be no reimbursement and they are aware they are engaging in bait and switch practices. Shop literally anywhere else, I know I will for future purchases. I’d recommend the item but not the store, buy it elsewhere.

Replaced the new washer when it stopped working just took too many days to install the new one.

So far I would give the service an average rating. First experience with computer submitted for service was not great. Plan to take it to a different store to have it evaluated. Like the perks that come with the program. While I would recommend this service for heavy Best Buy users, occasional purchasers should evaluate whether or not the program is wirth the price.

Hope I don’t need to use this because this is supposed to be a top end product

It great having this as i would have no clue how to set up all my devices to the one remote.

I would recomend an extended warranty for all major purchases
