Not trustworthy

They dropped me from the plan—that I paid for yearly—because they put into place a different plan. There was no warning. there was no confirmation. I discovered that I no longer had coverage on my refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, or oven. She they dropped the plan, the units were about a year old. The refrigerator needs repairing. I’m out back! They claim laps of payment. How? It’s never happened before because it’s automatically deducted from my account.

Good so far
