    Gave it a 3 since I have not called for technical support yet but will do so soon since I have some questions regarding my Denon AV receiver. Hopefully they will be able to answer my questions.

    Have not used on my washer or dryer yet. With the service I’m getting for my TV, I hope I don’t have to use this protection.

    Be a member and get all the protection you need plus more! Never was one to buy more protection than needed, however, the value of being a member has saved me more money than not buying it. It is worth buying the membership and extra-protection. Don't miss out on the deals right now!

    they tried not to honor the warranty when I needed service. Only when I produced the personal emails for the corporate office and people in the executive offices did they finally buckle and help me.

    I was on phone 2 hours and still couldn’t get the defective Hisense switched out for a Sony Bravia. Disappointed in service. Couldn’t understand immigrants. Accents are heavy.

    Hope you never need to actually use this service. It's taken me over an hour to even get an appointment set up to have someone come look at my TV. When I finally spoke to a person able to set up an appointment, the appointment window is any time from 7am to 7pm, with someone letting me know the day before what 4 hour window is most likely for them to show. How is this functional for anyone who works? If you ever actually need to use this benefit, be someone who has unlimited free time, because you'll need it to 1) set up an appointment, and 2) to actually use the service. I dropped 2k on a fancy TV that has lasted less than a year before crapping out, and this is the experience invovled in using the protection plan. I have a lot of regrets at this point.

    Do not purchase! Waste of money! No assistance -deliver in box,no help. Don’t even know if it works or is what you ordered. Most ridiculous delivery system.they take your working tv and leave new one,which 2 seniors cannot unbox and lift. So you are stuck with no tv till you throw a tip to delivery men to unbox it. Still without tv for viewing.

    I cancelled it. Two years @ $180/year to get a second 12 mo's warranty. Not close to being worth it.

    After paying for this service, I was told by Best Buy on the phone that my defective HP Ink Jet Printer purchased at Best Buy was covered for labor if I brought to my local store. After making an appointment and bringing the printer to the store, I was told by the Geek Squad rep. that Best Buy Geek Squad doesn't repair printers, and I should purchase a new one. No acceptable practices.

    Have been paying for the yearly "Total Tech" now know as "Total" ever since late 2021. First time I had to use it on an LG OLED I bought six months ago. When I contacted Best Buy regarding my OLEDs issue, BB did not want to have anything to do with the warranty process. They simply told me to call LG since the TV was still under manufactures warranty. I was told at time of sale on this expensive warranty that I would be dealing with BB and it would be very quick fix or replacement of my OLED. This is not true.

    This Breville microwave quit after 14 months. I paid over $300 for this unit. The sales person said it was the very best. My last couple of microwaves lasted 15-20 years and were replaced for a small size. I'm very disappointed in Breville.

    I feel like if you buy something like a Hisense over a Sony then it might be worth it for that peace of mind but idk if it's worth buying for a Sony or Samsung where there's better quality but I could be wrong. It's like most things in life stuff happens might be great to have it if something goes wrong but could put that money elsewhere if not.
