Called for service and came out before Thanksgiving. Now its Feb 2024 and still haven't seen are heard about the replacement parts.

So far so good. Haven't had to file a claim yet so we'll see. Not sure I will continue after a year depending on the use. I gave it a try after buying a new TV and Apple watch.

I’ve always trusted BestBuy and their commitment to policy—until lately. They dropped me from the plan—that I paid for yearly—because they put into place a different plan. There was no warning. there was no confirmation. I discovered that I no longer had coverage on my refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, or oven. She they dropped the plan, the units were about a year old. The refrigerator needs repairing. I’m out back! They claim laps of payment. How? It’s never happened before because it’s automatically deducted from my account.

Gave it a 3 since I have not called for technical support yet but will do so soon since I have some questions regarding my Denon AV receiver. Hopefully they will be able to answer my questions.

I have not had a chance to use this yet and I hope I won’t but it’s nice to know it’s there

Have not used on my washer or dryer yet. With the service I’m getting for my TV, I hope I don’t have to use this protection.

Be a member and get all the protection you need plus more! Never was one to buy more protection than needed, however, the value of being a member has saved me more money than not buying it. It is worth buying the membership and extra-protection. Don't miss out on the deals right now!

For SONY i think the blurred screen to start up is annoying.

I'm not sure exactly what is included with the protection plan, but it made sense to get it.

Hope you never need to actually use this service. It's taken me over an hour to even get an appointment set up to have someone come look at my TV. When I finally spoke to a person able to set up an appointment, the appointment window is any time from 7am to 7pm, with someone letting me know the day before what 4 hour window is most likely for them to show. How is this functional for anyone who works? If you ever actually need to use this benefit, be someone who has unlimited free time, because you'll need it to 1) set up an appointment, and 2) to actually use the service. I dropped 2k on a fancy TV that has lasted less than a year before crapping out, and this is the experience invovled in using the protection plan. I have a lot of regrets at this point.

I was on phone 2 hours and still couldn’t get the defective Hisense switched out for a Sony Bravia. Disappointed in service. Couldn’t understand immigrants. Accents are heavy.

I cancelled it. Two years @ $180/year to get a second 12 mo's warranty. Not close to being worth it.
