I am glad I could get my new TV protected so I have more peace of mind.

Good to have, but I hope I don't need to use this.

Water was leaking under water disposal into freezer compartment. Quite a mess. Repair was covered, promptly scheduled and completed. Glad we had the plan.

Does not cover during the 1st year of your new LG TV purchase. I have spent over 2 months dealing with LG on my new OLED TV, that is still not working.

The total tech program provides the Protection program. It really eliminates any concerns I have regarding the product. It gives me a carefree feeling!

Not really any better than my old Geek Squad service. The cost is twice as much.

The additional protection plan that is active for the purchases that are included in the Total Coverage is a good deal and gives you peace of mind.

Protection plan is not similar to other companies who offer their plans. Best Buy plan still requires you to pay service fees for faulty products outside the manufacturer window. The service fees are also higher than listed on their page. As a Total Member, I asked for a discount of 20% as it says, but was told that did not apply to the service fee. BEWARE!

Been a Best Buy customer for over 30 years. They are the most dependable and reliable company. I have never had one single problem with them.

If you live on a military installation they will not come on post ended up building it myself after being told they could come on post. Also some how they was overbooked even tho I had an appointment. Other than that feel like they’d be a great help just not this time

Purchased for my new TV. My last one only lasted 26 months before losing color and this will make my TV purchase more of a safe bet

I’d give less if I could. I’ve been on the phone with Lg off and on for four days and now an hour into a call as they are doing everything possible to not deal with my non working dryer. Total Tech care - yeah right!! They were quick to say they did not have tech and had the nerve to bring up COVID in June 2023. Passed me on to LG which is a joke. They will do, as Best Buy did, everything possible to string you along in an attempt to wear you down. I’d advise against buying any service agreement that won’t stand behind its promises.

Purchased this television for my great room and have been very please with the picture quality for the price of the television.

This Best Buy Protection Plan is a HUGE VALUE when thousands of dollar value of top of the line equipment is covered!

The plan protection will be active only after a year has passed from the day you made your purchase.

A great payment option (0%) to pay on this TV, I've used this financing option for years on large item purchases.

The plan is ok. When you call to check on coverage you will likely get incorrect info. I was sent to the wrong store for a screen repair. I was told incorrect coverage info when I purchased the plan too. Read everything!

Purchasing this coverage is a sensational idea for anyone who loves watching sports and movies

This used to be great. It used to come with home installation. It now does not. Ill probably cancel when this term ends
