Terrible

They don't do anything correct. They uninstalled a baby gate and never put it back and then smudged grease and dirty on our walls and railings.

What a joke

I called and asked if I purchased a new mount from bestbuy if they would install it and I was told not without another $200 charge. This will be my last time going with total tech or a bestbuy install.

Useless don’t waste your money

Most repairs are not covered and most items will not be covered. Save your money. I promise!!

Could be better

I had to return 2 items and the only reason I wasn’t hassled was because I was in my original 30 day return. I ordered a MacBook Pro that was supposed to be delivered and it was sent to the wrong house. Now I’m dealing with horrible customer service

I had to wait over 2 weeks for a geek squad member to come. I ended up calling the Lg tech support and they came in 2 days. This support protection is useless.

I'll have to take 3 days off work to get my TV fixed, if they can fix it, so have lost more in income than I paid for the total tech service. The process is horrible.
