Not too happy.. Its a mission to make an appt, and when they came out they couldnt put up my tv.

Not easy to install on Chromebook. Says it’s out dated

Worthless since I can't get the Geek Squad to come out to see what is wrong with my tv they just installed that won't turn on now.

i already purchase a tech plan with the geek squad so the protection plan is somewhat redundant.

I can only give my opinion and this service should be based on your needs

The negative review pertains to terrible customer service by Best Buy. I highly suggest not using Geek Squad. The lead time for service was unacceptable and then less than 24 hours before my appointment they notified me it needs to be rescheduled. I spoke to eight representatives on the phone trying to get it rectified to no avail. Buy your products elsewhere and mount yourself or higher a handy man.

Depends on skills and performance of due diligence

Waste of money, they didn't install the washer and dryer and had 4 days of problems with their customer service. They don't do anything correct. They uninstalled a baby gate and never put it back and then smudged grease and dirty on our walls and railings.

Not exactly sure what this service does. So I have to give it a low rating for now.

The mount I purchased does not allow me to install anything without removing my 86 inch TV off the wall. I called and asked if I purchased a new mount from bestbuy if they would install it and I was told not without another $200 charge. This will be my last time going with total tech or a bestbuy install.

Wouldnt buy again. They changed the terms in the middle of the contract and you still have to pay for tepairs, set up etc. NOT WORTH IT!

Useless people supposed to be professional but never shows and you paid 179 plus tax for nothing Always cancel your appointment and reschedule for next week Now I’m waiting for 28 days and counting

So far I’m not impressed. I had to return 2 items and the only reason I wasn’t hassled was because I was in my original 30 day return. I ordered a MacBook Pro that was supposed to be delivered and it was sent to the wrong house. Now I’m dealing with horrible customer service

This membership will not repair items not bought at Best Buy though they advertise they will. Most repairs are not covered and most items will not be covered. Save your money. I promise!!

They don’t fix anything and they have no clue of what they are doing terrible experience still waiting to fix equipment from 8 months ago terrible don’t waist your time

The first time I needed technical support I got nowhere via telephone support. I had to wait over 2 weeks for a geek squad member to come. I ended up calling the Lg tech support and they came in 2 days. This support protection is useless.
