    takes over a week for the tech to show up then the tech has to order parts take another week then they still cant fix it and they want to send another tech. 3 weeks without a refrigerator

    Not worth the costs. I'll have to take 3 days off work to get my TV fixed, if they can fix it, so have lost more in income than I paid for the total tech service. The process is horrible.

    Do not buy. Takes over 1 month to fix broken products. Very bad customer support on trying to get the service you pay for.

    Stopped working after 1 month of BestBuy installing for radio and No appointments at bestbuy close to me. Bestbuy an over hour away is 2.5 weeks out. Why have tech help

    Do not purchase Geek Squad service! We ended up troubleshooting ourselves and was told it was a recalled Sonos beam. 2 technicians could not figure out issues...

    Paid for Geek Squad and got a third party to install my new 65” TV They did not know how to even set it up. Will never pay for Geek Squad again.
