Is okay you can get better price from other vendors just because is Best Buy they want to charge you to much money

nope not worth it there is always a hidden fee at the end save your money just but a new one if broken

No call no show! Total tech membership is a waste of peoples time

No responses to my issues. Sound quality is either very poor or Geek Squad didn’t install it correctly.

I purchased Total Tech coverage and now my Web Root protection has expired. Coverage is not good.

You are forced to be set up on auto renew and can only stop that on the renewal date. You cannot cancel auto renew by itself. If you cancel, benefits stop that day, so be sure you know the renewal date and call one day before that if you don't want to pay for another year. It's sad that they have to resort to this kind of game. I'm sure the bet is that most people will not remember to call on the renewal date, and they won't want to cancel benefits that they have paid for, earlier.

Response is quick when I have questions but have not had to make them come out so far. But love the customer service.

I have had to use my protection plan and have no issues with that. I had a new TV in in a couple of days.

This is definitely worth the $. My laptop that I have for 5 years gave up oon me. GeekSquad was able to identify that I needed a new memory card and the labor was free. I'd highly recommend this
