I bought two Sony televisions because both of ours were old and the sound was weak and we needed a more current models. We throughly enjoy both the new TV's and the delivery people and the installers were top notch. They really took the time to teach me about the new remotes----there are several----and one guy gave me his cell number in case I had questions. Good purchases. I was hesitant about this investment and it turned out very timely when I moved to another state and was covered due to a moving incident. Whew!

I had one item replaced. The team were prompt and attentive my my concerns. They came out immediately and replaced the defective equipment

Must have service for anyone who buys alot of electronics! Hard to beat peace of mind with the way things are made now a days, not to mention how many small things can go out on items now. Definitely worth the yearly fee!

if you buy multiple items a year from bestbuy get the total tech membership i used these 2 year warranty a few times it pays for itself at that point

Bought a protection for the safe side un case anything happen. I purchased a tv from best buy back in 2010.I still have that tv.Excellent picture quality and product.I recommend everyone buy feom best buy.

I really Love working with Samir and Dori. They are good at listening and informing you of the options. I found a washer and a fridge for my garage for the price my warranty covered my washer. The new washer is 5.0 which has way more room then my previous. Now I can entertain in my garage without running in the house for refreshments. Bestbuy really has the Best Buy.

I am a confident buyer from Best Buy. They stand by their products. They offer a great protection plan included as a Total Tech member.

If you are upgrading appliances or technology get this plan. Considered $$ purchases are super expensive these days, and install and repair $costs are totally covered at no charge. Consider the total cost of ownership, and you will see the value in this bigger value plan.

I’m happy I got the protection because it will protect any item that I had purchased at Best Buy and that worked out great. I had it once before and I used it and I’m glad I redid it again.
