Always helpful with questions, patient with not understanding

Totally worth it. Bought a Sharp microwave that stopped working after 18 months but was still covered by the Best Buy 24 month protection (the door mechanism stopped working so I couldn't open the door by pushing it). They couldn't fix it so refunded me the original value of the microwave and I bough another one - BOOM.

This is a best membership I ever had and it was so helpful for exchanging products and getting rewards/discounts every time when we purchase any products

I have had this subscription for several years now and will continue to renew it each time it comes due. The response for IT, Geek squad assistance or other tech problem resolution is immediate, effective and helpful.

Good to have to cover your purchases! Renewal fee isnt cheap but worth it if youbwant hassle free repairs or replacements.

Good service. My refrigerators ice maker needed to be replaced twice. They replaced it no questions asked.

Love the protection plan. Best Buy is always so helpful. Anytime I need one of my devices repaired.

Protection plan has saved me many times when I went past date to return product I did no like or was defective (amp, speakers, etc) You get additional 60 days and protection plan. The plan has paid for itself many times over. I can only speak for myself but I have so many audio/video gear and peace of mind knowing I can get support anytime I need is a plus. Also used the service to install tv and stereo system consulting. As I said, it’s paid for itself many times over.

This TV is seriously so seamless, clear and easy to use. The new Samsung UI is very clean and integrated making it better for users to find what they’re looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better purchase.

Total tech is so worth it if you’re a volume shopper and or often need setup/service for your tech gear. As a person w a working studio, this is great for me. They pick up/deliver/swap returns and purchases right to your home. They give you tech support on items purchased elsewhere. I save at least over $500 (it’s tracked) per year from the special sales alone. Beware, you will want to buy more stuff! As a professional that uses a lot of tech and spends most of my money at BB, this is unbearable service. Thanks, BestBuy.

This plan offers members discounts. One thing they changed though was the free installation that came with it. I have a remote start and alarm installed on my truck and at the time I didn't have to pay labor. I wish they would bring that part back. But I will still purchase it it's worth it.

I love this TV. It really is one of the best I have owned. The picture quality for both Movies and Sports has been superb. The overall brightness this TV sports is fairly amazing. I have a relatively bright room and wanted something that would be suitable for my kids to use for their video games as well as my own ;-). This TV allows for a great experience across various spectrums.

Having extended protection is always a plus! Make sure your protected.
