Must have service for anyone who buys alot of electronics! Hard to beat peace of mind with the way things are made now a days, not to mention how many small things can go out on items now. Definitely worth the yearly fee!

I really Love working with Samir and Dori. They are good at listening and informing you of the options. I found a washer and a fridge for my garage for the price my warranty covered my washer. The new washer is 5.0 which has way more room then my previous. Now I can entertain in my garage without running in the house for refreshments. Bestbuy really has the Best Buy.

Bought a protection for the safe side un case anything happen. I purchased a tv from best buy back in 2010.I still have that tv.Excellent picture quality and product.I recommend everyone buy feom best buy.

if you buy multiple items a year from bestbuy get the total tech membership i used these 2 year warranty a few times it pays for itself at that point

Totally worth it. Bought a Sharp microwave that stopped working after 18 months but was still covered by the Best Buy 24 month protection (the door mechanism stopped working so I couldn't open the door by pushing it). They couldn't fix it so refunded me the original value of the microwave and I bough another one - BOOM.

Total tech is so worth it if you’re a volume shopper and or often need setup/service for your tech gear. As a person w a working studio, this is great for me. They pick up/deliver/swap returns and purchases right to your home. They give you tech support on items purchased elsewhere. I save at least over $500 (it’s tracked) per year from the special sales alone. Beware, you will want to buy more stuff! As a professional that uses a lot of tech and spends most of my money at BB, this is unbearable service. Thanks, BestBuy.

If you are upgrading appliances or technology get this plan. Considered $$ purchases are super expensive these days, and install and repair $costs are totally covered at no charge. Consider the total cost of ownership, and you will see the value in this bigger value plan.

Protection plan has saved me many times when I went past date to return product I did no like or was defective (amp, speakers, etc) You get additional 60 days and protection plan. The plan has paid for itself many times over. I can only speak for myself but I have so many audio/video gear and peace of mind knowing I can get support anytime I need is a plus. Also used the service to install tv and stereo system consulting. As I said, it’s paid for itself many times over.

I love this TV. It really is one of the best I have owned. The picture quality for both Movies and Sports has been superb. The overall brightness this TV sports is fairly amazing. I have a relatively bright room and wanted something that would be suitable for my kids to use for their video games as well as my own ;-). This TV allows for a great experience across various spectrums.

I’m happy I got the protection because it will protect any item that I had purchased at Best Buy and that worked out great. I had it once before and I used it and I’m glad I redid it again.
