The Samsung NEO QLED TV with a sound bar was the best purchase I could have made. The picture quality and sound are fantastic. It was easy to set up and looks and sounds great.

Best Buy has a great warranty which is great to have. Our refrigerator is awesome. It has lots of smart space and practical drawers. I especially like the glass door on the right that opens a shallow, convenient place for quick access

I really Love working with Samir and Dori. They are good at listening and informing you of the options. I found a washer and a fridge for my garage for the price my warranty covered my washer. The new washer is 5.0 which has way more room then my previous. Now I can entertain in my garage without running in the house for refreshments. Bestbuy really has the Best Buy.

Total tech is so worth it if you’re a volume shopper and or often need setup/service for your tech gear. As a person w a working studio, this is great for me. They pick up/deliver/swap returns and purchases right to your home. They give you tech support on items purchased elsewhere. I save at least over $500 (it’s tracked) per year from the special sales alone. Beware, you will want to buy more stuff! As a professional that uses a lot of tech and spends most of my money at BB, this is unbearable service. Thanks, BestBuy.

Tech support is awesome get any questions answered quickly, have used warranty protection on several items, no grief just fixed or replaced

Protection plan has saved me many times when I went past date to return product I did no like or was defective (amp, speakers, etc) You get additional 60 days and protection plan. The plan has paid for itself many times over. I can only speak for myself but I have so many audio/video gear and peace of mind knowing I can get support anytime I need is a plus. Also used the service to install tv and stereo system consulting. As I said, it’s paid for itself many times over.

Protection is everything and knowing that with the protection plan you are covered.

T.V is excellent with no glare showing. Easy to install. Easy to operate. Ant the look of the T.V is awesome.

I LOVE my Totaltech Membership! Normally I turn down buying extended warranties but after doing the math I knew the Totaltech Membership would pay for itself. Not only does it extend warranties it also extends the return window to 45 days and it covers installation free of charge for items purchased at Best Buy and discounts installation for items purchased at other retailers. I've had 4 TV's, 3 soundbars, a stove, a microwave and a wall plug installed free of charge with my membership so it's actually far surpassed just paying for itself and the customer service has been excellent~!
