Total Tech is a total flop.

It is no longer free if you decide to use it for a replacement. True, no warranty cost upfront at the time of the sale, but if you decide to use the warranty, they will either deduct the warranty cost from your purchase price or they will give you a low used market value price and you won't get a full refund. Example - $600.00 GE Ice-Maker, they returned $392.00.
