Always a plus to have protection, why I always buy at Best Buy

Totaltech is a joke i have never in 15 years been able to get anything done with bestbuy protection of any kind. I bought a door bell the sent a guy out that couldn't install it, i bought cameras they couldn't put the plug inside the wall. I had to do it mysalf. The sale person insisted the this totaltech could install the new cameras i bought but like everything else i bought for them it was behond thier capable.

When I purchased this phone,I did not expect to inherit the previous owner's problems. "WHICH I DID" the phone number that your tech gave me had a lot of nuisance calers that I can't get ridd of. I feel that they should give new customers numbers that ard clean like the vendors do. When someone turns in a phone then that number should be wiped clean or distroyed. Don't pass someone else's phone onto an innocent person. "IT'S NOT RIGHT "

No paperwork was given to reiterate what is actually covered with the expensive plan.

It's always good to have extra protection with a cell phone and best buy makes it easy.

not to buy phone from best buy, they have retocking fee

they don't cover anything- so why have it? check the fine print

Had to replace phone the day after purchasing, during swap out, the technician canceled my monthly protection.

Not as expected, very poor quality. Phone was not starting

Was told they dont have time to fix my phone plus they have to keep it to fix it

Sold this warranty , then notified me that this warranty didn't even exist for this phone

They offer a great deal for protection plan plus on credit card for $179 split in payments. Totally worth it

Love the Best Buy protection plans. Better to have and not need than to need and not have.

I would recommend this Antenna!! It works very well in wooded area's!! No problem with my Electronics since I purchased one!! A Great product to have at a great Purchase!!

You never want to buy anything from Best Buy without a protection plan or else you are the one who loses if you break or crack your phone somehow. Their protection plans are the way to go, they never disappoint take my word for it!
