I have the Bestbuy Total tech membership and the protection plan comes with the membership. My phone was broken and the protection plan that comes with the Best buy membership costs me $75.00 to replace the phone. That helps me avoiding buying a new phone.

Best Buy‘s mobile phone coverage is OK at best. I have taken several phones in for repair and I’ve had several different answers each time. One time they changed it out right, another time they charged me $100 for repair, another time they charge me $50 for repair. It does not have to do with the value of the phone, I believe it’s up to the person who is helping you at the desk. No one seems to be on the same page.

I appreciate the protection but didn't understand that it was going to cause me $200 a year. This is the first year I've had to use the protection plan and I am grateful for it. It's better to protect yourself than to not.

This phone has been really great. I tried using an iPhone and it drove me crazy. This phone comes with all the needs of Google. So you actually have a miniature computer. It does sometimes have glitches. I brought it in and it seemed to be some updates. I just have to remember to turn the phone off and turn it back on once a day or every couple of days.

Great phone. I'm still learning about it. It's so customizable. And If need be,.... I know the Geek squad is there for me.

This protection plan has paid for itself not once but twice. I have a 85" tv along with 2 laptops and phone that I have on this plan. Had a issue with the tv that came out to fix. Seeing as there was no parts readily available they gave me a new tv. Best of all they came back later in the same day to install the new one. I quess that puts the best in Best Buy!

RE: Samsung Galaxy A-13 Phone I am soooo happy with my new phone. This is the first time I have purchased a Samsung phone. A friend suggested I switch. So glad I did! My pictures are beautiful. I'm over 70 yrs old & this phone was very easy for me to learn & operate. Can't live without it.
