Best Buy is STILL the Best place to Buy a phone! Happy with my beautiful phone, tons of storage, backlit keys, so slim and light as a feather. Previously, I attempted a similar purchase at a local big-box store, only to be left unattended and uneducated as to the functions of, and availability of products. I walked right over to Best Buy where not only did they demonstrate my choices, but allowed me to try any phone risk free, at my convenience! I saved tons of money, research and time by utilizing the Best Buy tech plan, and additionally, my product is covered for repairs and replacement.

I love the best buy protection plan, I use my phone and laptop for work and having it cover when it breaks in the most unfortunate ways, is a life saver even if it has a case and still manages to break. Not to mention I make about $1000+ a day with my phone, it's such an inconvenience to have it broken for longer than a day.

Awesome phone swap experience from trade in, warranty, staff, usage, price and all paid for. No monthly phone bill . Staff was awesome.

I have a basket full of poor phones. This Pixel 6 is a wonderful and easy to use last phone for me. I just have taken it out of the box and it is fantastic feeling. I was wondering why the service guy suggested I hold it before purchase, now that I have a grip on this phone it feels to part of me.

Great. Don't have to purchase an extra protection for my cellphone. It already comes with this 2 year protection. Able to change twice. I hope the service is fast.

I purchase BB Total Tech every year. I buy just enough to make it worth it if I have a problem. Usually, this would be a 5 star. I actually almost marked it a 3. This may change depending on my future conversations with BBTT. This particular policy was for a Motorola phone. Today the phone was dropped and the outside screen busted. I went through the TT process online until the system froze and referred me to a chat. I knew I would be out some $$ based on the cost of the phone even with the warranty. The warranty states the rate is based on the purchase price of the phone. In our case, $499.99 was the price of our phone before any trade-in costs were considered. This price is also the break point in tiers. I should have been charged $49 instead of the $79 I was billed for. I will be taking this difference up with BBTT. As a consumer, keep an eye on things. I am fairly confident we can get this worked out. If we do, I would support 5 Star, if not I would make it a 3. It stays a four for now just out of inconvenience.

I love my protection plan when ever i need my electronics fixed , they fix it and it's always in a timely manner. They have been able to fix the problem evey time and at no change, having a large family with several electronics it is well worth the money.

For me this is a great feature worth the money. Ive gone in numerous times for assistance with my cell and iPad Always very helpful

[Employee of bestbuy] I have always loved OnePlus. They've always been known as the flagship killer. They give out amazing specs, quality and look in their phones. Their software is easy to use and not a lot of extra bloatware on their phones!!! Simple and easy to use as well. More ram then the pixel as well!! In fact almost double then the basic pixel 9a. Around same price also!! Better screen and pwm dimming on this phone as well. With better battery life by A TONNNNNN!!!! I highly recommend you give OnePlus a chance!! Don't settle for less and pay more for the brand. Oneplus gives you more then enough and just the right amount of money!!! They are really good about updates as well with no bugs!!! <3
