Got new phone, good price, could finance it, gappy with my purchase.

I bought a OnePlus 11 phone with 256gb 5G phone. Very fast device

Its not worth getting it the few times a did have issues with 2 of the phones I purchased with the protection plan they were out of warranty after 14 days and they would just refer me to call samsung because they were samsung phones, and if you want to return your ele tronic purchase your still out the $45 restocking fee . I was also told that I needed to call 30 days before my setvice protection plan expired so I could cancel it and it wouldn't auto renew, I called , the customer service was horrible it was and out of the countey customer service where they dont understand you and you dont understand them , anyways I told them I didn't want my plan to renew and I wanted it to be canceled when it wxpire in 30 days and they canceled it immediatetly so im out 30 days of protección plan and they could not do anything else for me unless I paid $180 sgain to restart it. It worthless

Love having everything protected so we now purchased Total tech each year pay one fee to cover all devices

So far so good. I bought the total tech package and so far it has been worth every cent I paid.

It has a very nice camera and is very light in weight

Phone does not always ring when a call come in. Sometimes doesn't give audio notice for texts. This problem is intermitent but annoying nonetheless. Geek Squad can't find the problem and I basically was told I would have to live with it. I guess the 24 month protection doesn't apply if they can't find the problem :-(

No performance or build so far for last 5 years of usage
