I used to buy phones from beat buy without getting a plan protection, then i found out i was spending way more grtting my phone fix in a diferent place and was never the same quality, when i broke my S21 screen i was quoted 250 dollars for the screen, the worst quality i ever seen, i decided to buy a new phone and this time i get the plan protection, i haven't uses yet but 1 thing is true, is way cheaper than fixing your phone on your own. I think is worth it on the long term.

this front glass protector for my phone was very helpful and very much needed because im clumsy so I tend to drop my phone a lot and also they have it to where if you crack it you can come in the store and they will put a brand new one on the phone as long as you keep the one thats messed up for a small fee. its very much worth it.

BEST PHONE EVER!!! It is SOOOO neat!!! It has so much more than Apple or Samsung could ever offer... I had a Motor phone flip back in the day and I am SOO happy they are smart phone flip now and just as good as they were back in the day. What amazes and impresses me is the STURDINESS and QUALITY METAL of this. I love ❤️ mine. Not too difficult to program. Fits well in my hand. Has the comfortable curved corners. Wished there had been options to purchase soft gel coverings for it. Has just enough weight to let me know that I'm holding/carrying something I wouldn't want to drop or leave behind.

Overall, this membership was a waste of money. I barely needed or used it. My internet provider offers me better "help service" for less expensive rate. Nowadays, competative pricing for goods available online determines my purchase options.

Love my new phone. I haven't found a flaw yet. Such an improvement over my older phone. Should have gotten it sooner. Especially pleased with the additions to the text messages.

I love my new phone! I had a flip phone for a few years and it was nice but I'm happy to be back to a normal phone. I really wanted the 256 MB one and had to get the 128 MB since they are no longer available. I'm really worried about not having enough storage. This phone takes nice clear pictures!
