Total Tech

Horrible Process still dont have a phone

The first time the phone was stolen because they will not allow me to ship to my UPS box thought they used UPS to deliver it (and UPS left it on my steps stead of putting it in my mailbox ) the 2nd request they cancelled cause i didnt have a credit card on file. (mind you i dont owe anything for the replacement) the 3rd request i just found out was cancelled. Each time i have to go to physical location to get a new request . they will not allow me to ship the phone to store or get one there.
