Went into store they had a woman being helped ahead had an appointment. waited about 30 minutes talked to manger others and they did not offer any help in any way and almost hostile to me. Walked out and will no longer buy from them anymore ever.

Phone works good. Photo clarity is average which is disappointing.

Not a good bargain as most products outlive Best Buys 2 year extended warranty.

That is all sad is more quantity than quality. Customer service is very poor.

At the beginning it was nice. After 2 months for no reason screen is damaged and bubbling. Warranty is: send the phone to Motorola and wait for 2 weeks to get it back in the meantime what should I do?

After having bought this coverage I am having second thoughts. Its expensive for 1 year of coverage.

Did not purchase because I already have Total Tech protection on my phones, computer and TV.

Pointless. Have tried to get a replacement phone 3 times now. The first time the phone was stolen because they will not allow me to ship to my UPS box thought they used UPS to deliver it (and UPS left it on my steps stead of putting it in my mailbox ) the 2nd request they cancelled cause i didnt have a credit card on file. (mind you i dont owe anything for the replacement) the 3rd request i just found out was cancelled. Each time i have to go to physical location to get a new request . they will not allow me to ship the phone to store or get one there.

Totaltech membership is worth the money. I normally purchase a protection plan but it's free for 2 years through the program.

The protection is automatic for total tech members.

I purchased the Best Buy Total Care program, but you still have to use the manufacture warranty for the first year of your phone - which with Samsung is a pain in the butt!

Always get the extended coverage. Most products usually fail in first two years

comes with my total tech membership, good to have in case something happens!

Great price o haven't had to us it yet, I will update my review if I do.
