this front glass protector for my phone was very helpful and very much needed because im clumsy so I tend to drop my phone a lot and also they have it to where if you crack it you can come in the store and they will put a brand new one on the phone as long as you keep the one thats messed up for a small fee. its very much worth it.

The 24 month protection is the only way to go. I highly recommend this.

I love ❤️ mine. Not too difficult to program. Fits well in my hand. Has the comfortable curved corners. Wished there had been options to purchase soft gel coverings for it. Has just enough weight to let me know that I'm holding/carrying something I wouldn't want to drop or leave behind.

Geek Squad is GREAT. Took in a computer and they found a couple of issues and fixed within a day.

Love my new phone. I haven't found a flaw yet. Such an improvement over my older phone. Should have gotten it sooner. Especially pleased with the additions to the text messages.

I cracked my phone and was upset since I had protected it successfully for nearly a year. But, eventually it happened again, worse. I asked at BB and was advised that because I had their protection plan, I could get my phone replaced under warranty!!! I paid a smallish fee (of course) but was sent a new (refurbished), unblemished phone within a day or two. The Geek Squad member, Allen, I think, at the Beaumont store helped me set it up and erase my old phone and mail it in. No one could ask for a better experience! Thank you!

I love my new phone! I had a flip phone for a few years and it was nice but I'm happy to be back to a normal phone. I really wanted the 256 MB one and had to get the 128 MB since they are no longer available. I'm really worried about not having enough storage. This phone takes nice clear pictures!

Protection plan for 24 month. I would also recommend to get the Geek squad it's so worth it.

My wife has this phone and loves it! The phone I have right now is about to go out so I went ahead and got one too! The cameras are amazing and it's a good looking phone!

Great phone. My wife loves the fast charger included in the box. Huge 512gb memory. She loves the ringer vibrate off switch on the side of the phone. Big bright beautiful screen too. Large all day battery too. Built well but be sure to get a sturdy casuilte.

Overall, this membership was a waste of money. I barely needed or used it. My internet provider offers me better "help service" for less expensive rate. Nowadays, competative pricing for goods available online determines my purchase options.

Even without an appointment Best Buy's still offers to help.
