Have had it for a year now. Pleased with the phone except call volume is very low. I bought it because I read a review that the phone had very good call volume. Wish you could listen to an actual phone call before buying!

As a former Rewards Member, until everyone is now rewarded, the protection plan has never been an issue on a return, a repair, a home service call for installations of large appliances, TV, or in store 'free' service for fixing phone clear face covers, or computer issues! That's why I have bought the majority of my electronics and appliances from Best Buy for over 25 years.

Protection is helpful if you need to return a product, but Geek Squad referrals are iffy. Sometimes they're just as clueless as I am.

First new phone in almost ten years. Love Samsung. Great quality and has everything I need.

This is the first Samsung that frequently overheats and shuts downs. The photos are the worst of any Samsung model I have ever owned. After they Nokia Slider phones went away, I have been a die hard Samsung owner. I will still buy Samsung, but I will never buy based on Samsung Specs. I will use customer reviews.

Love this phone. Durable, solid and right price. I like unlocked Motorola's because they don't come filled with junk apps. Unexpected bonus, I am very aware when I am in my phone just due to having to open and close it. It has reduced my screen time.

Great extended warranty protection, decent price for it

This is by far the best option. Having someone on site to look at my phone is what makes a world of a difference. I'm glad that I purchased the protection plan. I wish it were more cost effective though.

Best buy protection is the best deal out there. It covers all my devices and makes it easy, straightened and painless to address or replace issued or broken devices -which for me is usually my phone but they also replaced a dropped and broken laptop.

Once again, Best Buy's protection delivers. Fortunately haven't had much need, but I'm glad I have it!

So glad they have this. It just makes sense. And all your purchase items get added at the time of purchase. But remind them just in case human error happens and someone forgets.

Best buy's protection in legit. I broke my protected phone and they stopped carrying that phone as I purchased it at a discount as they were phasing them out. So they just gave me the $900 bucks back and I bought the nice newer phone as they were phasing that one out.

When purchasing 3 new phones for the family, my first thought was, "What kind of protection can I get" Best Buy Protection Plan is the best comprehensive plan for the family's money, it has more protection than many other.

I just got this phone yesterday and like it very much so far. Only problem was they didn't send the charger, just the cord, in the box. If I'd have this sent to me while I was away from home, I might have been in trouble. The phone is lightweight and easy to use so far. I already had bought the geek squad help a few months ago when I got my new tv, so we covered having the Best buy representative set up my phone.
