I just got this phone yesterday and like it very much so far. Only problem was they didn't send the charger, just the cord, in the box. If I'd have this sent to me while I was away from home, I might have been in trouble. The phone is lightweight and easy to use so far. I already had bought the geek squad help a few months ago when I got my new tv, so we covered having the Best buy representative set up my phone.

When purchasing 3 new phones for the family, my first thought was, "What kind of protection can I get" Best Buy Protection Plan is the best comprehensive plan for the family's money, it has more protection than many other.

This is the first Samsung that frequently overheats and shuts downs. The photos are the worst of any Samsung model I have ever owned. After they Nokia Slider phones went away, I have been a die hard Samsung owner. I will still buy Samsung, but I will never buy based on Samsung Specs. I will use customer reviews.

So glad they have this. It just makes sense. And all your purchase items get added at the time of purchase. But remind them just in case human error happens and someone forgets.

Protection is helpful if you need to return a product, but Geek Squad referrals are iffy. Sometimes they're just as clueless as I am.

Having to get a new phone was daunting for me. There's so much to know about what they can do. The protection plan is just a smart thing for me to have as security. On its own, the beautiful case is rather slippery in my hands, & I worried it would get dropped often. While I did find a Great case for it that helps, the protection policy gives me real peace of mind for anything that might happen in the future. That's a real stress reducer!

Although the phone wasn't what my wife and I were expecting, we enjoyed our experience at Best Buy in Downey, CA. Vanessa provided excellent customer service. Something very rare to find in many retail stores today. I wouldn't be surprised if she was promoted to manager soon. She genuinely loves her job, and makes customers feel at home when she's assisting us.

When you need it, you need it. Purchased with new phone so didn't have to worry.

What’s there not to like about a Best Buy Protection? I am not worried at all if anything happens to any of my gadgets because I know with my full membership, all my products are fully protected.

I love my protection plan. Gives me the reassurance I need.
