I can return my phone in pieces in 2 months you kidding me that's absolutely amazing service and deal hopefully it expires because I bought 2 products with phone to prevent cracking and damage

Best Buy protection on your phone is definitely worth it. Breaking your phone can be crippling and financially difficult with how expensive they are nowadays. I like having assurance that if I break my phone, Best Buy will be able to help and that the process will be as quick and easy as possible.

2 year protection included with Total Care membership. Worth the few bucks. I've had a couple issues with electronics and phones and there is never any hassle getting repairs/replacements.

It's very good. I bought it when I was buying two phones and I applied for a drier that I bought in BB too. That was great.

Made sense, given the cost of the phone and Verizon being too tough to deal with when you have a problem with equipment as their staff is only compensated for selling not servicing customers with a problem. Plus the Verizon staff in Bend, don't seem very happy.

Nothing is like knowing I have insurance on my expensive purchases. I believe it's a must to get it. You never know when you'll need it, and it'll be very very very helpful if you have it.

Great phone. It has a long-life battery which helps me. I use my phone alot for 2 different buisness. It has a wonderful camera.

Not a replacement plan completely. Basically they'll try to fix whatever the problem is first. If they can't fix it, they'll give you credit of what you paid for the laptop by itself to use either on the same laptop or on a different one of your choice.
