I can't tell you how much I have been grateful for this protection plan stuff! First smartphone I buy myself that is anything beyond the price ranges described as "budget," and it gets utterly obliterated within the first few months (by the way, the phone - a Pixel 8 Pro 128gb - still worked after being run over an unknown amount after falling off the roof of my car on the way to work) with a completely shattered screen and bent body. They replaced it after collecting information and without any hassle, ridicule, shaming, or trying to find loopholes to weasel out of honoring their plan. Then, the one they replaced it with had a SIM card slot defect, which I actually took in for a WARRANTY replacement, but they simply took it on the protection plan and even told me the 256gb version was on sale - so I just upgraded to that for about $16. All they did was ask a few questions, respect I might know what I am talking about, and skipped right to confirming my sim didn't work in my phone and then in an available test phone. I was in and out, both times, in under an hour. I now have the flagship phone I wanted, and now feel confident Best Buy will have my back on their plans for my purchases. P.S. I get the protection plan automatically with purchases for upgrading to the Best Buy Rewards membership - the top one. I STRONGLY recommend you get that even if you only make one major purchase that year!

I have had this Total Tech with Best Buy for years band after I needed to use it because of a breakdown of my old phone they stood up and replaced at the price I bought 23 months ago. Well worth the money!

This is a great phone. I baught it for its camara and batterylife. It has a very good sounding speakers. I would say best smartphone speakers. The screen is gorgeous. You can watch very high resolution videos, goes super bright to use in day light and super dim for darker environments. Battery life is awesome. If you have minimal use for phone, like call text and occasional internet surfing then this Device lasts upto 2 days easily and it charges surprisingly fast. The 200 Mega pixel camara and 10x clear image zoom is pretty handy.

I am overall very pleased with the Motorola 2023 Razr Plus. Its performance and software functionality have exceeded my expectations, making it the first phone that has tempted me to put down my iPhone—though I have no plans to make a permanent switch! One drawback is the limited availability of protective cases for the Razr, which can make it difficult to keep safe given its flip-phone design. Additionally, while the phone itself is excellent, it’s worth noting that it may not retain its value well in the second-hand market, impacting trade-in opportunities with carriers. In summary, I recommend the Razr Plus for its impressive features, but I advise potential buyers to consider its resale value and protective options.

I feel very happy with my new phone, I liked the service as they attended me, the ease of how the product is handled and more than anything the quality and experience I had with the device I do not change it for anything.

Beautiful cellphones for everyone is comfortable

Had an S7 for several years & this phone replaced it. My primary reason for selecting it was its smaller size . Overall I am happy with it but agree with othets feedback mentioning poor battery life I have to charge ot twice a day with minimal usage. Overall, not sure I would purchase it again. Happy with photo quality.

This phone has been great! I’ve had it since October 2022 and I absolutely love the ease of use, excellent photos and videos, and the overall performance. The camera is hands-down one of the best I’ve used—photos come out sharp and vibrant, even in low light, and videos are smooth and clear. The phone runs fast and reliably, with no lag in everyday use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Battery life has held up well over time, easily getting me through a full day. I also appreciate the regular software updates and security features, which make the phone feel current even after a couple of years. Great Buy. For the past couple of years, I've been getting BestBuy's protection, and I can agree it's as great as they say it is. It's really been a save for with my family's earbuds, computers, and more. It's a no brainer especially with all the uncertainty that can happen with anything you buy.

What on earth did I do without you guys? They add a level if comfort.... I feel empowered to use and not afraid to gain knowledge on the profucts and even upgrade due to the geek squad. They are fantastic!

I would think this is one of the best Android phones. Excellent battery life and smooth performance. I use both iPhone and Android phone but I keep going back to OnePlus.

A must get for every product with best buy. This is why i go to best buy because electronics aint cheap. When i cracked my phone they replaced it easily. Perfect for when you get your kids their first electronic devices or even just for yourself.

The protection is absolutely worth it. When you have an electronic item that is failing and need support or an option to upgrade this is the plan for you. They are well staffed and trained to know everything about our electronic items.
