At 1st it was great but in less than a year everything went down hill... 1st it started to drop call, would not let the caller hear my voice...then it started saying my TEXT picture didn't go thru...I finally had to put it in airplane mode and back to get the connection to work and send Picture same with receiving them...nothing but problems. Buying new Samsung S24 FE, hope it works better...never had a problem before with my Samsung Phone...

We could not live w/o this. Covers all items we purchase at Best Buy, often qualify for a discount, service for all fantastic.

The best buy protection plan for the products I purchase has always been very helpful and useful for when there is a product malfunction. Best Buy honors their protection plan with NO excuses.

If I didnt have this service I would be out of alot of money. I have damaged 3 phones over the years. The only way I was able to receive another phone promptly was due to the plan assistance.

Its a good idea to get protection for your phone. Especially since they cost so much to replace. I am a total tech member, I get 2 years protection included with my membership.

Seriously who wouldn't get a monthly protection plan for a new phone. Great for having piece of mind!

Love this new flip phone - the larger display is a welcome upgrade, though I do wish it supported more apps. In the end, I love that it is small enough to slip in my pocket without fear of it falling out.
