This is why i go to best buy because electronics aint cheap. When i cracked my phone they replaced it easily. Perfect for when you get your kids their first electronic devices or even just for yourself.

I never worry about my items knowing I can easily bring them back to the store if they malfunction and get a quick replacement.

Add the fact that the 9pro is less than the current offerings from Apple or Samsung, and you can't beat it. As far as best buy total, my membership paid for itself several times over just on protection plans. Very happy with both purchases.
