The additional protection afforded to me by being a TotalTech member is awesome! This protection is included with every purchase I make while a member of TT. I recommend TT for anyone that buys their tech from Best Buy.

We'll see if this is worth anything now that the phones are out of the 1 year manu. warranty period. There are problems with one phone and Samsung itself wanted the phone for over a month to fix. Not worth it. Will try going to BB now that the extended warr. has kicked in.

This program is great for ensuring that electronics are covered. Also there are many other benefits including longer coverage, notification of special deals early and customer support

Phone was a great phone and I really liked it other than the fact that it was just too weak in the outer screen. I will have to wait a few more years for them to come out with stronger panels before I will invest

I purchased this for a Samsung A-52 that broke in a year and a half. They did NOT repair the phone, instead sent me another defective A-52. Then tried to charge me 250.00 for it when I wanted to send it back and keep the original phone. I replaced the screen on my original phone, at an independent screen repair location. But was forced to send them my repaired phone, and keep the broken phone, to avoid the 250.00 fee. Even with this protection, and BestBuy Total Care. Very displeased.

The protection is always a bonus! It has saved my husband and I when a couple of our items were malfunctioning

A two-year protection is very useful and is important if there will be problems.

Always get the extended coverage. Most products usually fail in first two years

When signing up, it was easy and convenient. Within the 2 years the phone screen got damaged and to my understanding, this was covered . But unfortunately, they advised me this was not covered at time of consultation. Which was the sole purpose why I got the service to begin with. I guess I failed by listening to rep and not reading print .

Scam! I don’t know why I got this as everyone in store and on the phone refused to help me when my six month old Samsung Galaxy S23 stopped working. I asked everyone what did this warranty cover and each person just stared at me and said, “I don’t know.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

It is seems expensive with high deductibles. Ultimately costing you the same for less products.

I am not happy i can not fix my phone when i bought my phone they told me to biy this protector in case anything happened now they say they cant fix Samsung so why would i have bought it in first place very dissatisfied

When attempted to use it in Birmingham Al I was given the runaround

I was charged $80 to replace the Google pixel 7 pro when it suffered the green screen error that was affecting many pixel phones. I called Google after finding out it was a manufacturing issue and they would've replaced the phone for free.
