Scam

I don’t know why I got this as everyone in store and on the phone refused to help me when my six month old Samsung Galaxy S23 stopped working. I asked everyone what did this warranty cover and each person just stared at me and said, “I don’t know.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Charged for manufacturer defect.

I called Google after finding out it was a manufacturing issue and they would've replaced the phone for free.

not a phone, neet gadget

For kid candy this should suit just fine. My experiences trying to use this device as a phone led me to start using my backup phone. Ive received a call and at the same time the person was talking to me their VM started on another one of my lines. I tried to shut the phone off but somehow Bixby, whatever that is, can stop me from shutting down.

Lifesaver Best Buy Membership plan

With Best buy protection plan, I brought it to their attention and they were willing to return it without even restocking fee since it was a manufacturing defect. Without Best buy plan, I would have to keep the phone with the issue since Google provides return opportunities until 15 days after purchase and that too after spending 999$. But Best Buy purchase plan was the life saver that gives complete peace of mind. Thank you Best But
