I have accidentally destroyed phones as a paramedic....this gives me some peace of mind in case something happens to my phone while I'm at work.

Best Buy has been truly the best store I have shopped at. The one on one professional service I received is beyond any such service of experience from any department store or electronic store. My favorite representative at Best Buy who truly went the extra mile is Vanessa. I purchased my TV and she helped me wheel my item safely to my car.

I have had the cell phone for 3 years now and it has performed well. I will buy a Google phone next purchase.

The S24+ was a replacement for my Pixel 7Pro that fried for the 3rd time. This phone is really smooth, lots of power. The Bixby assistant is really useful for finding quick info. The camera is very good and the 3x zoom is very useful. The video capture works amazing. Night pictures are much better than my pixel. The phone calls are clear and have been drop free. I am really glad I am back with Samsung.

Helps protect the glass. I have no scratches or cracks in the screen. Best buy rep even put it on for me.

Best protection plan out there for electronics. The Total tech team is very professional and very helpful.

Not only is the crease invisible, it's darn near seamless to the touch. I love the color and features. I do wish that the power button was on the bottom half so that it didn't move when I unfolded it. And the software could be a bit prettier, but that's minor nitpicks.

The monthly plan is acceptable, no issues to report. Best Buy reps have been very helpful and professional which gives me confidence in the plan if needed to implement

My Best Buy protection covers multiple products so I don't have to worry if one of them has a glitch of some kind. I just get an appointment, and I am covered for the Geek Squad to get me back on track.

I am not sure how to rate this. Please make sure your sales people do not lie to customers about having it for 24 months unless telling them it will cost another 180 plus to keep it covers for 24 months. the only time i used it was to gey help with a desktop tower and of course they show youthe most exspensive ones. I don't know maybe I am the one who is stupid or confused. Everything is just so hirried these days.

Standard Samsung, overall really great. I have the one with the stylus and it's easy to use, my dad's larger fingers would have trouble with it I think but it would also help since his larger fingers have trouble hitting the screen.

Great phone. I am learning more each day. There are many areas within the phone to show the new capabilities. AI and Windows 11 are a new technology to learn about.

Great peace of mind knowing the inevitable woops won't cost me a new phone.

Anyone who buys a cellphone---needs to get an extended warranty too. It costs extra, but it beats not having one! I've used the extended warranty on cameras, and many other products I have bought from Best Buy, over the years. Now, Best Buy has a warranty called Total Tech WHICH IS BETTER! Best Buy protection plan is a must for me especially when purchasing appliances and laptops. It really helped when our 2 year LG fridge broke down and I had a new fridge replacement of my choice after repair attempts woth no extra charges. Its worth it !

Our family has used samsung phones for over 10 years now. Great updates. Easy to use. Best camera out there.
