Anyone who buys a cellphone---needs to get an extended warranty too. It costs extra, but it beats not having one! I've used the extended warranty on cameras, and many other products I have bought from Best Buy, over the years. Now, Best Buy has a warranty called Total Tech WHICH IS BETTER! If you have computer issues, get a better price for repairs with the Best Buy Total Tech Warranty. Getting new Appliances? New Security doorbell or floodlights, new printer, TV, or cell phone? It's covered! With the total Tech Warranty, when you buy major electronics at Best Buy, with the Total Tech warranty, you'll have any issues, if and when issues occur. with TotalTech Warranty, It works great and is worth it----in the long run, in many ways.

It's great to know that in case of a problem I can get the best technical support in America.

The S24+ was a replacement for my Pixel 7Pro that fried for the 3rd time. This phone is really smooth, lots of power. The Bixby assistant is really useful for finding quick info. The camera is very good and the 3x zoom is very useful. The video capture works amazing. Night pictures are much better than my pixel. The phone calls are clear and have been drop free. I am really glad I am back with Samsung.

I recommend getting this protection plan vs thru your wireless company. Reason being is it covers everything you buy from bestbuy

Best Buy has been truly the best store I have shopped at. The one on one professional service I received is beyond any such service of experience from any department store or electronic store. My favorite representative at Best Buy who truly went the extra mile is Vanessa. I purchased my TV and she helped me wheel my item safely to my car.

So glad I purchased Geek Squad/Best Buy Protection. My phone suddenly crashed, and a new one is not a small purchase. Grateful for the discount.

Warranty purchases are not always a good deal as they duplicate what is already provided. Best Buy has found a method to make it effective and efficient.

I love to shop at BestBuy. I was looking for an Android Samsung cell phone but I was not sure what model to get and decide to go by the Samsung note after first week phone start overheating for some reason and I went back to returned. The manager was so helpful and understood my frustration he made the exchange process easy and went extra mile he explained more about the phone and told me to give another try and come back if I got another issue. This was at Smyrna location in Georgia.

Not only is the crease invisible, it's darn near seamless to the touch. I love the color and features. I do wish that the power button was on the bottom half so that it didn't move when I unfolded it. And the software could be a bit prettier, but that's minor nitpicks.

My Best Buy protection covers multiple products so I don't have to worry if one of them has a glitch of some kind. I just get an appointment, and I am covered for the Geek Squad to get me back on track.

Fantastic phone. It is a very efficient and reliable phone..I will continue to use the Google pixel pro for a long time. I recommend the phone highly because of it's reliability.

I've been a long time member of the bestbuy total tech, member plan, and it has been amazing. With my yearly fee, it covers all the protection plan purchases I could need. If you are like me, and buy more than 4 items at best buy a years, it more than pays for itself. If something breaks I have always taken it to Best buy for al repair or a replacement, with my plan!

I absolutely recommend the Best Buy total protection plan, this is a great option they have available and very fairly priced in my opinion. The coverage allows me to get help with any of my electronic and entertainment systems, as well as free installation of products purchased from Best Buy. Once you purchase the plan, when you purchase any additional equipment, they are added to the plan automatically, w.hcih is what I did in this case
