Best Buy protection plan is a must for me especially when purchasing appliances and laptops. It really helped when our 2 year LG fridge broke down and I had a new fridge replacement of my choice after repair attempts woth no extra charges. Its worth it !

I've been a long time member of the bestbuy total tech, member plan, and it has been amazing. With my yearly fee, it covers all the protection plan purchases I could need. If you are like me, and buy more than 4 items at best buy a years, it more than pays for itself. If something breaks I have always taken it to Best buy for al repair or a replacement, with my plan!

I love to shop at BestBuy. I was looking for an Android Samsung cell phone but I was not sure what model to get and decide to go by the Samsung note after first week phone start overheating for some reason and I went back to returned. The manager was so helpful and understood my frustration he made the exchange process easy and went extra mile he explained more about the phone and told me to give another try and come back if I got another issue. This was at Smyrna location in Georgia.

The monthly plan is acceptable, no issues to report. Best Buy reps have been very helpful and professional which gives me confidence in the plan if needed to implement

Phones aren’t feasibly serviceable by users anymore and having protection plans like this ensures that your purchase will last any potential problems that come up will be taken care of. My experience with BBY and Geek Squad have been great over the past years, and I would recommend protection on smartphones as they can be pretty pricey.

I absolutely recommend the Best Buy total protection plan, this is a great option they have available and very fairly priced in my opinion. The coverage allows me to get help with any of my electronic and entertainment systems, as well as free installation of products purchased from Best Buy. Once you purchase the plan, when you purchase any additional equipment, they are added to the plan automatically, w.hcih is what I did in this case

I am not sure how to rate this. Please make sure your sales people do not lie to customers about having it for 24 months unless telling them it will cost another 180 plus to keep it covers for 24 months. the only time i used it was to gey help with a desktop tower and of course they show youthe most exspensive ones. I don't know maybe I am the one who is stupid or confused. Everything is just so hirried these days.

Who doesn't want to protect their brand new phone with a 2 year warranty? It paid off for me when my previous phone was a lemon. I returned it within 14 days and got a whole new phone. Same thing happened with my watch. I will not purchase any big item without having a 2 year warranty!

Our family has used samsung phones for over 10 years now. Great updates. Easy to use. Best camera out there.

I always get the protection on all my products. Trust me it comes out cheap than paying monthly and give you a piece of mind totally worth it in my opinion.
