Standard Samsung, overall really great. I have the one with the stylus and it's easy to use, my dad's larger fingers would have trouble with it I think but it would also help since his larger fingers have trouble hitting the screen.

We purchase many of our electrical equipment from Best Buy so having the BB protection plan provides a level of comfort when we have an issue with any product from Best Buy.

Phones aren’t feasibly serviceable by users anymore and having protection plans like this ensures that your purchase will last any potential problems that come up will be taken care of. My experience with BBY and Geek Squad have been great over the past years, and I would recommend protection on smartphones as they can be pretty pricey.

Protection plans are always good to have on your electronic It will give you a piece of mine. I sure have learned that the hard way.

Best Buy protection plan is a must for me especially when purchasing appliances and laptops. It really helped when our 2 year LG fridge broke down and I had a new fridge replacement of my choice after repair attempts woth no extra charges. Its worth it !

Who doesn't want to protect their brand new phone with a 2 year warranty? It paid off for me when my previous phone was a lemon. I returned it within 14 days and got a whole new phone. Same thing happened with my watch. I will not purchase any big item without having a 2 year warranty!

I have accidentally destroyed phones as a paramedic....this gives me some peace of mind in case something happens to my phone while I'm at work.

You never Know when you need a protection plan (and Geek Squad). I dropped my Galaxy Flip 4 and damaged the hinge, thought it might be unusable. Turns out it was repaired by Geek Squad at no cost to me (under warrantee). if you purchased at Best Buy, I strongly endorse their protection plan. it will probably pay you back.

I have had the cell phone for 3 years now and it has performed well. I will buy a Google phone next purchase.

I threw my phone at the ground cause I got mad and I'm a terrible person that throws things at the ground when they're mad. But I took 9 pro back to best buy weeks before the 11 pro launched and got full price because of the protection... Because they didn't make the 9 anymore. Then I got the 10 pro for cheap because the 11 was about to launch and kept 200 bucks.

Helps protect the glass. I have no scratches or cracks in the screen. Best buy rep even put it on for me.
