You can't beat the Best Buy protection plan. This is included with my Total Tech. T-Mobile wanted $18 dollars per month to insure the plan. The Best Buy protection saves me $425 over 2 years. The Best Buy Total Tech is the best $200 dollars per year that I spend.

I've had this phone for about 3 months now and its been great. I haven't had any problems, it connects quickly and updates have been smooth. I have a cheap amazon case on it and I'm super clumsy so I drop it about 3 times a day but i have no cracks or issues with it. Its been durable and just what I've needed!

This is a must, because it is electronic and something could go wrong, so be safe.

Best Buy Protection Plan on Phones is better than the protection plan through phone carrier. I have always received quality service whenever I contacted Best Buy with a phone problem. In the past when I purchased the protection plan from my phone carrier the service rendered was not worth it.

Haven't had a problem to use this plan but it is nice to know it's there. My preferred Plus membership sure has come in handy for tech help.
