Love having Total Tech! Nice that I don't have to worry about my new purchases with this coverage.

The product came in great packaging and works wonderfully, definitely a big upgrade from my old phone.

Haven't had a problem to use this plan but it is nice to know it's there. My preferred Plus membership sure has come in handy for tech help.

Although the phone wasn't what my wife and I were expecting, we enjoyed our experience at Best Buy in Downey, CA. Vanessa provided excellent customer service. Something very rare to find in many retail stores today. I wouldn't be surprised if she was promoted to manager soon. She genuinely loves her job, and makes customers feel at home when she's assisting us.

My first flagship phone and I'm happy with it. Should be able to get updates for a long time. Time will tell on the battery. Amateur photographer so I can say the camera is nice.

If you can commit to purchasing all or the majority of your electronics from Best Buy, this protection package is definitely worth it in comparison to what you'd pay individually and/or from other stores.

Best Buy always has what I'm looking for at the greatest prices and always has great sales associates and all the Departments and are very knowledgeable I don't shop anywhere else. Best Protection plan

Google Pixel Pro 7, I like the phone and especially the camera, but not happy that Google tries to take over and control. I don't want them organizing my photos & sending reminders of a photo from years ago. I've had trouble syncing with my computer. Maybe I just don't know enough about the settings. My old LG was so easy to use!

Hope it will really protect when the time comes. Plus, the old plan was much better for its value. We shall see.

Awesome service. From the big stuff to the screen protector and case, this warranty covers everything. Only had to exchange screen protector and case, but if id have bought elsewhere without the warranty, id be spending a lot on screen protectors.

If you wait for the product to get on discounts you are getting the best value compared to apple

This Protection plan is awsome, covering any item we buy from best buy. Monthly insurance plan. We have 4 smartphones tvs , cpu, and game consoles. A house full of animals and kids. So much needed thing lol

I like what the Plan offers. I purchase a lot of items from Best Buy, so this plan is perfect for me, and I feel comfortable buying things that I am not so knowledgeable about, as I will get the help I need.

I love Total Tech. It is really worth purchasing it. It has saved us a few times. No hassles. If we are looking for something to purchase we shop Best Buy first because I know if any were to happen they will stand by me.
