At 1st it was great but in less than a year everything went down hill... 1st it started to drop call, would not let the caller hear my voice...then it started saying my TEXT picture didn't go thru...I finally had to put it in airplane mode and back to get the connection to work and send Picture same with receiving them...nothing but problems. Buying new Samsung S24 FE, hope it works better...never had a problem before with my Samsung Phone...

Samsung makes a great phone and great OS, best battery i have had on phone yet

Happy to receive a protection plan with my phone. Havent had to use it but it covers most damages that I have dealt with in the past. Will update when/if I use the coverage.

With cell phone it is worth it, I had had cell phone in the pass without a warranty and had bad luck with them not working,

I have recently used the a few Pixel devices. Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 6 Pro and now the Pixel 7 Pro. This is what we wanted the 6 Pro to be. Better modem and thermals. Hopefully Google can improve on video recording even more.

The Best Buy total tech saves me from paying for insurance every month. It's a great deal.

I make sure I renew my protection plan. It comes in handy so many times for me. The only thing I would like is that the greek squad associates learn how to fix Samsung android phones.

I have not had to use this yet, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that my purchases are protected. I hope not to use it, but love knowing it's there if I need it.

It is a great service that I have made use of several times. I have never had a problem getting service, or anything fixed. It is a great tool for peace of mind.

The phone is great, the camera is fantastic. Android has had some issues the last few years, though. Hopefully it gets better because this phone with a perfect Android software would be amazing.

The protection plan is good, but the price has increased, but still good to have it for such an expensive device.

They helped us with a broken phone and with a broken computer. Overall, they did a great job. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is because my computer was not screwed on property and some of the plastic is bent around it.
