Protection Plan

Great hardware

Android has had some issues the last few years, though. Hopefully it gets better because this phone with a perfect Android software would be amazing.

Overall good service

Overall, they did a great job. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is because my computer was not screwed on property and some of the plastic is bent around it.

I have damaged 3 phones over the years. The only way I was able to receive another phone promptly was due to the plan assistance.

Our family have owned samsung phones now for over 20 ty years. No problems...A reliable phone has to have a reliable carrier
