Total Tech is a no-brainer. Best Buy is no-nonsense; they've always taken care of us. They Deliver when other companies don't. We love the protection plans and will continue to use them for life. I love the online access to tune-ups for your computer. It takes a little bit to get with an agent, but it made my computer so much faster.

I have lost, broken, scratched up & water logged my phones and i live by bestbuy phones and the total tech is as awesome as the lost & stolen plans. I promise you either of these is a life savor and well worth it and if u like me always sitting ur phone down the lost and stolen is a must but if u buy alot of bestbuy products you cant go wrong with total care it covers everything you buy from them

Well worth the cost based on what is covered. While I don’t generally need repairs, I often need help with the operation of new stuff!

I guess for the one time I needed, it was worth it. Now that is no longer free for to have the company you buy a $1700 phone from to set it up for you. If you are a big tech or gadget person it is good but to use it once a year, the cost out weighs for service for me. Just like insurance though, you buy it just in case.

It is essential when purchasing any electronic devices that you insure they will not break or malfunction. Luckily you can purchase a separate plan to protect your devices. However, purchasing every protection plan separately can and will become costly. But, with the subscription of total tech those worries of deciding to purchase protection become worries of the past. Total Tech is just an absolute no brainer and essentially the best decision to make.
