The reason I buy from Best Buy is because of Total Tech and it's protections + warranties. They have been helpful.

Best buy always has great offers and having the Tech Plan always keeps my devices covered. I always have peace of mind buying from a trusted source.

It is essential when purchasing any electronic devices that you insure they will not break or malfunction. Luckily you can purchase a separate plan to protect your devices. However, purchasing every protection plan separately can and will become costly. But, with the subscription of total tech those worries of deciding to purchase protection become worries of the past. Total Tech is just an absolute no brainer and essentially the best decision to make.

Total Tech is a no-brainer. Best Buy is no-nonsense; they've always taken care of us. They Deliver when other companies don't. We love the protection plans and will continue to use them for life. I love the online access to tune-ups for your computer. It takes a little bit to get with an agent, but it made my computer so much faster.

Phone works very well and I have purchased several items from here. I had a problem with Apple watch they sent it back to manufacturer. I received it back in less than two weeks. Work great. It's been over 3yrs.

What's truly not to like? This product is awesome and so far I know of no one else even doing anything such as this! Thank you Best Buy! Thank you!

This was the best decision ever! Yes, its $200/yr, but that covers both my fone and my kids iphone and is way cheaper than tmobile insurance. id had the s21 ultra for about 18 months, paid outright for it and it stopped charging well. Brought it to geek Squad who couldn't fix, and they didn't make the s21 anymore. So, they gave me full price of what i paid towards another fone. So i got the s23 ultra for about $300! Can't beat that!

Ok , i went thru several phones in just days trying to find one that worked eith my medical device app...the all were listed as compatable and took the download, then failed to work or constantly crashed. Its hard to remember what case etc went with which returned phone. This I was firm about..best buy protection is a must have! Havent used it, hope i dont need to.
