I absolutely recommend the Best Buy total protection plan as I have the total best plan whatever they rename it. The coverage allows me to get help with any of my electronic and entertainment systems, as well as free installation of products purchased from Best Buy. Once you purchase the plan, when you purchase any additional equipment, they are added to the plan automatically, what a grat option!

How cool is the Best Buy Total Protection!! It includes being able to use Geek Squad at no cost. So far in one month, I've used the Geek Squad twice already for my home computer which I bought elsewhere. I didn't have to bring my desktop in to the store... they worked on it remotely. So convenient!

AMAZING service!! Very attentive workers. When the 1-800 number couldn't help the inside team helped me and did everything possible to understand and make sure I left with what I needed. This Best buy team is amazing the manager went all out and so did the young lady that assisted me with a new phone.

This feature is so good because it helped me with my computer and checking out my Smartphone, it is so well worth it.

Just got it and I don't regret it. Used it the 2nd gay after i got it.
