It used to be FREE!! WE ARE THINKONG OF CANCELING BECAUSE IF THIS DROPPED FREE HOME SERVICE. FRUSTRATED!!

I guess for the one time I needed, it was worth it. Now that is no longer free for to have the company you buy a $1700 phone from to set it up for you. If you are a big tech or gadget person it is good but to use it once a year, the cost out weighs for service for me. Just like insurance though, you buy it just in case.

While I have not needed it for my phone yet, I have used the protection for appliances and my computer. I would prefer using this protection plan than deal with my carrier's as they are twice as expensive and do not cover anything but the phone. I have yet to experience how they handle any issues with my phone though; we will see how this experience holds up in the long term. Concern: Will this only cover 24 months for my phone, or will it honor the yearly protection plan?

All your in-house needs to make you feel at easy! When you buy a protection plan for any product you have the additional comfort of knowing you'll have expert care in case you need it! Even for common, less problematic needs total protection at your fingertips in case a problem occurs is the guarantee you need so you know you're buying from the right people at Best Buy!

This has actually been useful and needed once amongst all the phones I have ever purchased from Best Buy. Does have a deductible depending on your device's purchase price.

My Samsung 24 ultra is the best. It is customer friendly, which is important for us seniors. The size is just right.

I havent had to use the protection and i hope i dont have to, but glad to have it for this expensive phone.
