AMAZING service!! Very attentive workers. When the 1-800 number couldn't help the inside team helped me and did everything possible to understand and make sure I left with what I needed. This Best buy team is amazing the manager went all out and so did the young lady that assisted me with a new phone.

Great value when you have laptops, cell phones and lots more. I highly recommend it IF THE HOME SERVICE WAS STILL INCLUDED & love the discount. We are uPset that now you have to PAY for home service. It used to be FREE!! WE ARE THINKONG OF CANCELING BECAUSE IF THIS DROPPED FREE HOME SERVICE. FRUSTRATED!!

Well worth the cost based on what is covered. While I don’t generally need repairs, I often need help with the operation of new stuff!

My husband likes to buy protection for big ticket items, while I generally don’t. I guess we’ll see in 2 years if it was needed.

I have been using the protection package for years. I purchase a lot and love that if anything goes wrong it is taken care of. I have had to use it on occassion and the team has been great!

I had excellent service when I hought my phone. I did not remember his name and being a little slow on technology he didnt rush me and I wish all customer service was like this.

While I have not needed it for my phone yet, I have used the protection for appliances and my computer. I would prefer using this protection plan than deal with my carrier's as they are twice as expensive and do not cover anything but the phone. I have yet to experience how they handle any issues with my phone though; we will see how this experience holds up in the long term. Concern: Will this only cover 24 months for my phone, or will it honor the yearly protection plan?

Love the convenience. Being able to get my products repaired. All my purchases come with a 2 year insurance automatically. I recommend to anyone that purchases at Best Buy

You cannot go wrong with the Best Buy protection plan! I love that you can take your items directly to Best Buy and they can service or repair them there. I hate having to go through the hassle of calling a claims company and having them ship me a box so I can send it back. So far everytime I have had to use this service I have had no issues. Thankfully!

Glad to have purchased this. Yet to realize value or use but happy for safety net.
