You cannot go wrong with the Best Buy protection plan! I love that you can take your items directly to Best Buy and they can service or repair them there. I hate having to go through the hassle of calling a claims company and having them ship me a box so I can send it back. So far everytime I have had to use this service I have had no issues. Depends on current Geek Squad employed. Some are excellent. Some adequate and some need training and more experience. If BB has a contract with Google to sell Pixel phones then they should know how the phones operate. If the phone is covered in the protection plan than the techs should be familar the phones. Aggravation is when the tech says I dont know Pixel phones because I have an IPHONE. What the tech owns is not relevant. If BB sells it, covers it under the protection plan than simply I only do Apple products is false advertising and failure of contract.
