Depends on current Geek Squad employed. Some are excellent. Some adequate and some need training and more experience. If BB has a contract with Google to sell Pixel phones then they should know how the phones operate. If the phone is covered in the protection plan than the techs should be familar the phones. Aggravation is when the tech says I dont know Pixel phones because I have an IPHONE. What the tech owns is not relevant. If BB sells it, covers it under the protection plan than simply I only do Apple products is false advertising and failure of contract.

Just LOVE the Geek Squad! They are so helpful, polite, patient, and knowledgeable! They really seem to care for you, not like other places that do not even have a clue as to how to fix problems. Already went to them twice. Forget a 5 star rating, they deserve a 10, right off the charts.

Had this plan for quite some time and used it to install TVs, check and tune my computer. While buying a new phone, I was told my old plan expired. I was surprised it it expired as I got no notification. Great plan Renewed it.

This is the main reason I have chosen to purchase all my phones (unlocked) and other electronics (from computers to televisions to appliances) from Best Buy. For one reasonable annual Total Tech fee, I no longer need to jump through the administrative hoops other sellers make a consumer jump through to make a claim or get a repair. Best Buy makes it easy peasy.

Purchased the Galaxy S23 Ultra after being a long time user of the Galaxy Fold 3. The phone is very durable and feels good in the hand. Screen resolution is excellent there's no other screen that can compare to the panels that Samsung puts out. The camera is spectacular, 200MP! Photos look great!

Best buy and their protection has always come through with any questions or concerns I have. Any issues with my hardware when bought with the coverage under this protection has been amazing. Either replaced or credited hassle free the way it needs to be.

Amazing phone. Such an ease to check emails, read online articles, etc. I use it alot to watch videos/YT during my gym workouts which has been a great experience compared to previous conventional phones. Such a game changer
