I have the Best Buy Protection Plan. I have not had to use it yet but for me it’s always best to have coverage. I rather pay a little in the beginning that an exorbitant amount during the course of ownership of the product if a need arises for repairs.

It only cost a little bit more to go first class with this purchase.

absolutely love the protection plans from bestbuy, but y'all need to work on laptop repairs because waiting 2-3 weeks to get it back is too long and will having customers looking elsewhere for quicker repair even if they have a protection plan.

They are very help full . with all my tech needs the phone is great too.

Its okay. Bad thing is they dont cover acts of god, house being burnt down. Laptop wasn't covered.

The Best Buy protection is great to have. I have used this a few times, and it is well worth it.

Honestly…a little frustrated with the sales rep during this purchase considering I went in to use my insurance for the phone yesterday and was informed that it was in fact NOT $50 to get the phone fixed but that the cost was based on the taxes. Thinking my total membership and the insurance would all make it super easy to replace and finding out differently really sucked.

Best Buy Totaltech membership has always been there for me. When my computer stopped working, they replaced it with no problem. I had purchased a couple of items that it turned out that I didn't need, and they allowed me to return them within the extended 60 day period. It's aljk

My wife bought the Fold Z5 at Best buy and while there, she didn't want to leave there, without get is protected. The salesman even put the protector on her phone, while there.
